For ONLY WATCH 2019, Atelier AKRIVIA has donated a unique, platinum Chronomètre Contemporain with an exclusive hand hammered, grand feu enamel dial in a distinctive blue grey color accented with white enamel numerals.
Another exceptional aspect of this Chronomètre Contemporain creation is that the case has been manufactured for AKRIVIA by the famed Geneva based case maker Mr.Jean-Pierre Hagmann.
Technical Specifications:
The case, in platinum, measures 38mm x 9.5mm. It has double sapphire crystals and it is water resistant to 30 meters.
Movement is the Swiss manual-wind in-house caliber RR-01 with 19 jewels, 18,000 vph and a power reserve of 100 hours. It features a Swiss lever escapement with an in-house developed variable inertia balance wheel (10.5mm) using 4 adjustable weights. Hairspring with Breguet overcoil. Decorations: the entire movement’s visible and non-visible parts have been hand finished to the highest traditions of Geneva watchmaking, using classical techniques such as: anglage black polish, perlage, Côtes de Genève, jand graining and polishing, and hand engraving with rhodium treatment. Chronometer certified by the Besançon Observatory.
It comes on a brown calf leather strap with platinum buckle.
The ONLY WATCH auction will be held in Geneva on November 9th, 2019. The proceeds will finance research in the field of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). (Sold for 360,000 CHF)
