CORUM GOLDEN BRIDGE 40TH ANNIVERSARY

René Bannwart, the founder of Corum, introduced iconic in-line baguette movement 40 years ago. Watchmaker Vincent Calabrese made baguette-shaped movement that won the heart of René Bannward and this linear-built movement powered the first Corum Golden Bridge watch in 1980.

In order to pay tribute to the 40th anniversary of first model, Corum Golden Bridge 40th Anniversary has been introduced with the exact shape of the sophisticated rectangular case.

While the rose gold timepiece is limited to 40 pieces, the white gold version is limited to three pieces honoring the three co-founders of the Brand since the brand is celebrating its 65th birthday at the same time.

As a signature of the brand, floral details of acanthus and fern plants are engraved on Golden Bridge baguette movement.

As to technical specifications, the case has the measurements of 29.50mm x 42.20mm X 8.90mm. The case is in 18k white gold and 18k red gold with anti-reflective sapphire crystal and sapphire crystal displayback. The caseback for the rose gold version is decorated with Corum Key emblem. It is water-resistant to 30 meters.

For the rose gold version, Openworked dial is in 18k rose gold with rhodium faceted baton hands. For the white gold version, the dial is in 18k white gold with blue galvanised faceted baton hands.

Powered by baguette-shaped and manual winding calibre CO 113, it has 40-hours power reserve, 28,800 vph/hour. The functions are hours and minutes.

Rose gold version comes with brown alligator leather with 18k rose gold triple folding clasp while white gold version comes with blue alligator leather with 18k white gold triple folding clasp.
