RESSENCE TYPE 1 SQUARED X TIME BY COLOUR

The Ressence brand, which has attracted attention with its uniquely iconic watch designs for 10 years, has introduced the Type 1 Squared X Time.

The “beyond hands” dial design, one of the most distinctive features of the brand, is also available in this model. The hands, which occupy a very important place in terms of both the general appearance of the watch and the design of the dial, are fixed and the indexes on the dial and the minute track rotate.

As the brand says, Type 1 Squared X makes reading time a more colorful ritual. The philosophy of the design is to raise awareness of the time passing very rapidly. At this point, the brand, which makes use of the colors that nature has given us, has enabled the time to be read according to the color of daylight and transferring it to the dial by using colored ceramic balls with a diameter of 0.9mm.

Inspired by a study by Professor Cristopher Harvey of Harvard University, the system is based on the fact that human perception reacts faster to colors in nature. Just as natural light activates our body’s biological watch, colors also enable us to read time much faster.

This system, patented by Ressence, is a revolutionary invention that has been put forward by analyzing scientific knowledge, nature, and the human mind in a complicated way.

The model, which is limited to 40 pieces, has a titanium, polished case measuring 41mm x 11mm. It has double-doomed anti-reflective sapphire glass.

SuperLuminova coated olive green dial and the silver-colored parts on the dial are concentrically brushed. As the characteristic feature of the model, the hands are fixed and the hour and minute track shows the time with a rotating mechanism.

The model, which has a specially designed caliber 2812 / A with 40 jewels, has a power reserve of 36 hours and it is waterproof up to 1 ATM. the movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vph. The functions of the model are hours, minutes, day indicator and reading the time by color.

The model is offered with a green calf leather strap with a titanium buckle.

The price is EUR 23,300.
