ZENITH CHRONOMASTER SPORT

The Zenith Chronomaster, which was first presented to watch lovers at the Basel fair in 1984, has continued to develop with many versions since then. This time, the brand greets watch lovers with its dynamic looking Chronomaster Sport model.

Zenith has an important place in the horology world in terms of developing and producing movements. The brand, which introduced one of the first automatic chronographs, continues to develop its movements for nearly 50 years. As a result of this great experience, the brand used a movement working at a frequency of 36,000 vph, capable of measuring one tenth of a second in the Chronomaster Sport model.

Another highlight of the model is that it has a scratch-resistant ceramic bezel that allows it to measure one tenth of a second. The black ceramic bezel also adds a more modern touch to the overall look of the model.  

The 41mm x 13.60mm stainless steel case is brushed and polished and there are anti-reflective sapphire glasses on the front and back. The model is water-resistant up to 100 meters.

The model comes with an iconic 3-color dial, which has been one of El Primero’s signature features since 1969. The dial, which has a perfect harmony of silver, anthracite and blue, has small seconds sub-dial at 9 o’clock, a minute sub-dial at 6 o’clock, and a second sub-dial at 3 o’clock. Silver-colored applied indexes and hands are covered with SuperLuminova material.

Consisting of 35 jewels and 319 pieces, the El Primero 3600 in-house caliber, working at a frequency of 3600 vph, has a 60-hour power reserve. The functions of the watch are the chronograph, which measures tenths of a second, the 60-minute counter, the 60-second counter, and the date.

The model is offered to watch lovers with a rubber strap or steel bracelet.

While the price of the rubber strap model is CHF 9,400, if the steel bracelet is preferred, the price goes up to CHF 9,900.
